Vanderbilt Law School professor Brian Fitzpatrick clerked for the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia from 2001-2002. He joined us in the VUStar studio to talk about Scalia the man as well as how the conservative justice revolutionized a movement in the Supreme Court in terms of how cases are analyzed and debated.
