A panel discussion titled “Caring for the Uninsured: A National, State and Local Perspective” is scheduled from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16, and will feature Metropolitan Nashville Mayor Megan Barry; David Blumenthal, president of the Commonwealth Fund; and Nicole Comeaux, deputy executive director of the Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange.
The discussion, to be held in Light Hall, Room 208, will be moderated by Melinda Buntin, professor of health policy and chair of the department at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.

The event is part of the Research into Policy and Practice Lecture Series and is presented by the Department of Health Policy and the Robert Wood Johnson Center for Health Policy at Meharry Medical College.
