De-stress with Walking Wednesdays, now through Nov. 11

Join the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center‘s group fitness coordinator, Lori Cowan, as she leads a 30-minute walk around campus each Wednesday, now through Nov. 11.

The group meets at 11:30 a.m. each Wednesday at the Eskind Biomedical Library to do some quick stretches before the walk. When it rains, the group walks in the tunnels.

Rain or shine, the VRWC wants the Vanderbilt community to have a weekly healthy stress outlet. Walking Wednesdays is open to students, faculty and staff.
