Vanderbilt is conducting a search for a new travel agency that will provide top-level customer service to faculty, staff and students.
“Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to our travelers, and feedback from the Vanderbilt community and the Faculty Life committee of the Faculty Senate demonstrated that we had room to improve,” Vice Chancellor for Finance Brett Sweet said. “We’re confident that this change will be a great benefit to our faculty, staff and students.”
The competitive selection process for a new agency should be completed this month. The start date for the new agency will be communicated when it is finalized. The transition is expected to be seamless and simple for travelers and arrangers. Only the agency phone number and itinerary template will change. The new travel agency will be charged to partner with Concur to improve Vanderbilt’s managed travel program.
