Effective June 2, 2015, the St. Thomas Medical Group, which consists of 50 primary care physicians and specialists, has terminated its network agreement with Aetna Insurance Company. This change will affect nearly 300 of Vanderbilt’s valued employees.
Aetna Insurance Company worked diligently to preserve the relationship with the provider, but unfortunately, an agreement could not be reached regarding the terms of the contract. The Benefits Administration Department is here to assist you during this period of transition. Resources are being provided to assist with locating a comparable in-network provider.
