WOW: ‘Rejecting the return to rural lives in Colombia’ March 25

International Student and Scholar Services invites you to World on Wednesdays, where members of the Vanderbilt community engage in lectures, presentations and conversations about global issues.

At the next WOW, Vanderbilt anthropology student Gloria Clemencia Perez-Rivera will discuss “Rejecting the Return to Rural Lives: Urban Relocated Displaced People Challenge the State Compensation Law in Cartagena, Colombia.”

The event is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, at the Student Life Center in the lower level meeting rooms 1 and 2. Lunch will be served.
