EDUCAUSE resources available to faculty, staff and students at no cost

All Vanderbilt faculty, staff and students are eligible to access the resources of the EDUCAUSE Center for Analysis and Research at no cost through Vanderbilt’s institutional subscription.

All Vanderbilt University faculty, staff and students are eligible to access the resources of the EDUCAUSE Center for Analysis and Research (ECAR) at no cost through Vanderbilt’s institutional subscription. EDUCAUSE is a nonprofit organization that enables colleges, universities and IT companies to work together to advance higher education, and ECAR provides research on higher education IT trends and emerging technologies.

The subscription includes the following resources: tools that help institutions anticipate, plan for and act on IT trends; working groups for addressing top IT challenges; and research on issues of strategic importance to higher education.

Members of the Vanderbilt community can access ECAR by:

  1. Going to the EDUCAUSE website
  2. Clicking Login in the upper right corner of the screen
  3. Clicking Log in using InCommon
  4. Typing Vanderbilt in the search box
  5. Logging in with a VUnetID/ePassword
