From the discovery of a new class of stars to a star-making play at the College World Series, 2014 was a remarkable year at Vanderbilt University and Medical Center. Though the constants of the year remained the same – welcoming a new class and celebrating the graduation of another – we also shared singular discoveries and set off with deliberate direction under the new Academic Strategic Plan, while still finding time to have a little fun.
