Student Health Center temporarily closed due to flooding

The Zerfoss Student Health Center is closed temporarily due to a water pipe rupture on Oct. 12 that resulted in widespread flooding and significant damage to all rooms in the facility. Cleanup and repairs are anticipated to take at least a week.

All scheduled appointments at the Student Health Center for the week of Oct. 13-17 have been cancelled. Some services will be relocated to Residence 7, a one-story brick building located opposite the Student Health Center between McTyeire and Featheringill-Jacobs halls, where personnel will continue to provide limited care for students with urgent medical issues as well as refer students to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for more comprehensive care, as needed.

Students with medical concerns should contact their health care provider at the Student Health Center through https://www.myhealthatvanderbilt.com/, or call the center at (615) 322-2427 for assistance.

Updates will be available as the Student Health Center is restored to full service.
