Next Bedside Matters rounds set for Oct. 15

The next Bedside Matters, an hour-long, monthly rounds geared toward helping Vanderbilt University Medical Center health care providers deal with the social and emotional issues of caring for patients and families, will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 15.

The next Bedside Matters, an hour-long, monthly rounds geared toward helping Vanderbilt University Medical Center health care providers deal with the social and emotional issues of caring for patients and families, will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 15.

The brownbag lunch event, held in 202 Light Hall from noon to 1 p.m., is titled “Negotiating Nutrition: Responding to Homelessness, Hunger, and Nonadherence.”

The presenters will be: Jan Price, M.D., Anita Doss, R.N., Sheryl Fleisch, M.D., Sara Martin, M.D., David Schenck, Ph.D., and Joe Fanning, Ph.D.

The free event is open to VUMC staff, faculty and students. No registration is required. CME, CEU and Contact Hours will be offered.
