The Vanderbilt Child and Family Center is hosting its Fifth Annual Elder Care Fair from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, in the Light Hall North Lobby. The event is a great opportunity for staff and faculty to obtain helpful information about resources and services available in the community for seniors and adult caregivers.
Representatives from more than 15 agencies will be present to answer questions regarding legal issues, assisted living facilities, adult day programs, in-home care and hospice, including representatives from the Council on Aging, the Alzheimer’s Association and the Greater Nashville Regional Council Area Agency on Aging and Disability.
