Seven campus offices whose focus is to support and serve Vanderbilt’s diverse community teamed up for the first-ever Diverse Dores Community Jamboree Sept. 3.
Students, faculty and staff had the opportunity to visit offices and learn about the resources and programs they offer, participate in activities, and sample free food from Ben & Jerry’s, Knock Out Wings and other vendors.
Participating offices included the Office of Intercultural Affairs, International Student and Scholar Services, the Office of the University Chaplain and Religious Life, The Bishop Joseph Johnson Black Cultural Center, the Margaret Cuninggim Women’s Center, the Project Safe Center, and the Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersex Life.
