Effective Sept. 1, 2014, all check requests must be sent directly to Disbursement Services, located at 900 Baker Building, or campus mailing address PMB 401810.
This routing change will improve the timespan between submission of the check request and the production of the check.
Rush payment request
Please note that check requests flagged as “RUSH” are required to be both hand delivered and logged into the RUSH Logbook located at the front desk in 900 Baker Building (driving directions below). All “RUSH” requests for payment correctly submitted for processing and logged into the RUSH Logbook will receive priority processing.
Directions to the Baker Building
From the intersection of West End Avenue and 21st Avenue South, proceed south on 21st Avenue South to Terrace Place. Turn left on Terrace Place. Then, take the next left into the Baker Building Garage. Two-hour parking is free in marked spaces on the first level of parking. Take the elevator to the ninth floor. When exiting the elevators, Disbursement Services’ suite is straight ahead. Please see the receptionist when entering the suite.
