Vandy Cooks July 25: ‘Sugar and spice, beef is so nice’

The Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center and Health Plus invite you to join Valerie M. Bass, executive director of the Tennessee Beef Industry Council, to celebrate Beef Month.

Bass will prepare heart-healthy beef recipes and offer tips on healthy beef dishes in the VRWC’s demonstration kitchen from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, July 25. Come taste samples and receive recipes.
