A pilot version was launched April 14 at The Martha Rivers Ingram Commons at Vanderbilt. Expanded offerings are being planned in the coming months. While the Vanderbilt IT Help Desk continues to stand ready to help by email or telephone, the Tech Hub will provide the Vanderbilt community with an additional option for quick and convenient troubleshooting.
During the pilot phase, which ends May 9, the pop-up Tech Hub at The Ingram Commons will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The plan is to officially launch Tech Hub for the fall semester. Among the services offered:
For in-person assistance with more complex technical issues – such as software or operating system problems, hardware troubleshooting or virus/malware cleaning and removal – bring your device to the Vanderbilt IT Help Desk at the entrance of the Hill Center, right next door to The Ingram Commons.
