Love Your Heart expo is Feb. 19

February is National Heart Month. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women. You can greatly reduce your risk through a healthy lifestyle. Health Plus is encouraging you to take action to reduce your risk for heart disease. Join in a variety of fun and informative Count on Your Heart events and programs.

The Love Your Heart Expo takes place Wednesday, Feb. 19, 10:30-1 p.m., in Light Hall, North Lobby. Health Plus staff will offer Know Your Numbers and Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Institute will offer cholesterol and glucose screening (while supplies last). A Vanderbilt cardiologist and registered dietitian will be on-site for one-on-one counseling.
