Participating in a walk or run event is a great way to set a goal and get active. Register for an event with a co-worker, friend or family member and train together. Not ready to complete a half-marathon? Start small with a 2k, 5k or 10k event. The Running in the USA website has a list of events across the country, so find an event near you.
