As the Go for the Gold deadline of Oct. 31 approaches, Health Plus reminds all faculty and staff to complete the Health Risk Assessment.
The Health Risk Assessment should be completed every year.
How can you use the Health Risk Assessment?
- To have access to the state-of-the-art Health Plus fitness center and other Health Plus wellness programs;
- To focus on good health and build your resilience;
- To set personal health improvement goals;
To complete step one of the Go for the Gold Program.
