To prepare for the upgraded eProcurement system launch on Tuesday, Sept. 3, the current system will be taken off-line at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30.
Any unapproved electronic requisitions remaining at that time will be “rejected” back to the work list of the person who created that requisition. The original creator may resubmit these rejected requisitions through the upgraded system on Sept. 3.
To prevent any unnecessary delays in orders, please make sure that all requisitions in your work list have been approved before 2 p.m. Friday.
