Stay physically active this spring with these opportunities in the Nashville area.

May 4 – Nashville Mayor Karl Dean is challenging all Nashvillians to learn fun ways to get physically active at the Mayor’s Field Day.

May 15 – Vanderbilt will celebrate National Employee Health and Fitness Day. Health Plus is planning many fun events to remind staff and faculty to stay active at work.

May 18 – Join Walk/Bike Nashville by participating in the 2013 Tour de Nash. This tour will feature three bike rides of eight, 30 or 60 miles throughout Nashville’s great greenways.

May 19 – Join Team Vanderbilt for the Nashville Kid’s Triathlon.  Click here for more details.

Record your activities in the Start! Activity Tracker. Accumulate a total of at least 200,000 steps by June 30 and receive an exercise band. Visit the Start! Activity Tracker on your mobile device and track activity on our new mobile site.
