Apple recently released iOS upgrade 6.1.2 that addresses a calendar bug that causes increased network activity (over-polling of email and calendar) for devices (iPhone, iPad) that access Exchange servers. Vanderbilt email for faculty, staff and graduate students runs on Exchange servers.
ITS requests that all faculty, staff and graduate students who check their Vanderbilt email from an iOS device install the latest (6.1.2) update.
