Cathey Norton, a physical therapist at the Pi Beta Phi Rehabilitation Institute at Vanderbilt’s Bill Wilkerson Center, will present “Vestibular Deficits and Vestibular Rehabilitation” from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, in Light Hall, Room 214.
