They also may cover the cost of the procedure through their 2012 PayFlex account, tax free, with no out-of-pocket expense.
Included in the price of surgery are:
- All pre- and post-op appointments
- Any bladeless LASIK surgery performed by a Vanderbilt surgeon
- Any adjustments for the first year
