Vanderbilt University Procurement and Disbursement Services is sponsoring a supplier fair introducing TravelVU, Vanderbilt’s new, comprehensive travel program.
Mark your calendar for the event, which takes place 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, in the Student Life Center Commodore Ballroom.
The open house features the theme “Opening DORES to the World,” and will include refreshments, raffles and giveaways.
If you travel or book travel for others, come be in the know about TravelVU as well as the new recommended travel agency and online booking tool, the new online travel authorization and expense reporting tool (coming soon), available training sessions, and more.
Travel-related suppliers will be on hand to showcase a variety of products and services, and will be raffling off valuable gifts, including airline tickets.
Free food samples will be provided by a dozen caterers.
Two Grand Avenue Chauffeured Transportation shuttles will run continually from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. — One picking up at Kirkland Hall and one picking up at the Medical Center Round Wing.
Come enjoy the festivities and don’t forget to bring your business cards to share with exhibitors and caterers.
