Vanderbilt is hosting an Employee Celebration Picnic on Friday, May 20. Times and locations include:
- 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Medical Center Plaza, adjacent to Vanderbilt University Hospital
- 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Vanderbilt Health at One Hundred Oaks
- 11 p.m. – 1 a.m., Medical Center Plaza
The picnic will offer free grilled foods and dessert.
Shuttles:
There will be shuttles routes from 10:45 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. from Kirkland Hall, Magnolia Circle and the VCH shuttle stop.
Parking:
Staff that are attending the Medical Center Plaza event and who do not have parking privileges at the 21st Avenue campus may park on the roof of the South Garage.
Staff that are attending the OHO event may park in the area designated for staff parking in the South west corner on the East side of the mall. Please do not park on the West side of the mall – the front of the retail stores, or the north end of the mall in front of the Guitar Center.
