Art by Kevin Ward

Vanderbilt University Procurement Services is sponsoring its 16th Business Diversity Supplier Fair on Thursday, April 21. The fair will be held in the Student Life Center Commodore Ballroom from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The theme for this year’s event is “Diversity: Opening Dores to Opportunity.”

Come meet 30 of our approved diversity and small business suppliers showcasing a variety of different products and services. Attend a learning session presented by HP. Plus, taste free food samples from a dozen of our approved diversity caterers. Enjoy the festive environment, which will include balloons, artwork created by our very own VU staff members, live music by Aaron Benward, a singing and dancing performance every hour, give-aways and a Guy Brown grand prize raffle.

Two Grand Avenue transportation shuttles will run consistently from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: One picking up at Kirkland Hall going to the Student Life Center and one picking up at VUMC at the Medical Drive circle by the hospital entrance going to the Student Life Center.

Don’t forget to bring your business cards to share with exhibitors and caterers, and to enter drawings.
