Combined Gifts Have Impact In Medical Center Giving Campaign

Vanderbilt residency programs train leaders in medicine. To enhance the training of residents and fellows at the medical center, many departments have established funds to provide additional research opportunities and fund travel to national conferences and international outreach opportunities.

Charitable gifts to these funds provide support for programs and activities that otherwise couldn’t exist. Such gifts combine to make a tremendous difference in the training opportunities available to Vanderbilt residents.

Many other funds benefit from pooled gifts as well – scholarships, research, patient care and staff support also get support from gifts made by medical center faculty and staff through the Partners In Health campaign. The 2011 campaign is under way!

This is the only giving campaign that allows faculty and staff of the medical center to make charitable gifts to benefit the research, patient care and student training we provide. Funds raised through Partners In Health provide a unique pipeline of support that can enhance existing programs and create new ones.

Gifts of any size make a huge difference. Become a partner today, and encourage your colleagues to do so as well. Support the areas or programs at Vanderbilt University Medical Center that most interest you.
