Silvia, associate professor of psychology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, is the author of How to Write A Lot: A Practical Guide to Productive Academic Writing, Exploring the Psychology of Interest, and Public Speaking for Psychologists: A Lighthearted Guide to Research Presentations, Job Talks, and Other Opportunities to Embarrass Yourself.
His campus visit was co-sponsored by the Warren Center, the College of Arts and Science Program for Career Development, and the Writing Studio.
